Freshly restored 1966 Lotus Cortina Mk 1. You cannot find a nicer example! This Cortina is equipped with a modified 1775 cc, inline 4 cylinder. Pushes 120 hp compared to stock 105 hp. New headers, pistons, brake booster and added limited slip differential. All mechanical work completed at The Pit Stop in Brisbane, California. Please email for questions: [email protected]

$72,000 OBO. This Cortina is located in Brisbane, CA, just south of San Francisco, CA.

Looks like a great restoration, I'll need to go and buy a Lotto ticket today. Good luck with the sale.

Echoing the general tenor of the discussion on BAT, either the price is a bit insane or I am woefully ignorant (wouldn't be the first time).

It's a beaut, whichever way it goes.

I'm guessing it will go to Europe at that price. The last unmolested non running example I saw sold went to Italy for $35K. It was considered a bargain.

Think of it in the same way as you would a $75K D e t r o i t mussel car.
