Hello. I am relatively new and this is my introduction post as requested by the administrator. Currently, I am looking for information on how to remove and replace the driver side (left side) fuel tank. I purchased new aluminum fuel tanks and successfully replaced the passenger side tank and fuel pump without removing or lowering the engine. There is not as much engine clearance on the driver side to remove the old tank and install the new tank. Are there any comprehensive posts or forums on how best to replace the driver side tank either by removing the engine or lowering the engine? I don't know anything about lowering the engine or removing it. Thank you.
