Hayes is a legit seller. Trust the guy :up: I'm sure he'll provide you with a vin that you can verify on a free online database. There's one that will tell if the car has ever been stolen or "totaled".

Probably nothing significant. I used to have a giant lifted truck that someone hit and destroyed the rear bumper. It was in a parking lot so I didnt report it. Fixed it myself and no one knows haha if it's listed as clean title, there's no frame damage. Just little fiber glass work more than likely
