I need to remove the headlights to get to the clam bolts, and wanted to check-in with the brain trust before I screw something up or break an expensive plastic part.

Near as I can tell, I have to remove the 3 large nuts (red arrows), and the one small one (green arrow), to remove the light assembly. Each nut looks to be on an adjustable stud however. Is there any trick (or caution) to removing/re-installing these or is it just as simple as it looks? Everything I could find posted is for the 2006 and earlier lights, and this is clearly different.

Nope, that’s all there is to it. Make sure you loosen the harness before you pull it out.

Thanks! Probably being a bit overly cautious based on reading about the issues with the 05-06 light attachments...

I found pushing up from the bottom made it easier to pop them out.
