I know there has been post about this before but I was wondering if anybody has found a backwards facing car seat that works well with a passenger in the car. I have tried every car seat in babies R us and non-of them seem to work the way it should. I have a newborn coming in about a week or two. If no backwards facing seat what about a forward facing seat when she's older.

Booster seats should be no problem. Front facing probably won't be a problem. Rear facing may be a little bit of a challenge and require moving the front passenger seat up a lot more.
