I just installed Katana Kit with 3,2 pulley/CharlieX tuned ECU,CAI,decat,custom
muffler,meth ijection, 440 cc injectors/.
Engine runs fine,has good power until it gets on second cam.AFR goes sky high
16 even 17.
Besides a new tune, will it need bigger injectors?

I don't need to tell you that is wicked lean, if correct. Is your wideband AFR calibrated and accurate?

I'm assuming that you mean that after the cam change the AFR is reading that high steady-state. Right at the cam switch it is normal to get a little "spike" of leaner AFR reading, but it should only be a momentary occurrence and it shouldn't be as lean as you are describing.

i don't think charlie's tune included the decat that you have (or the CAI). That would certainly screw the ratio a good amount.

you definitely DON'T need larger injectors. It's tuning.

Yes it's a used kit,so I have no idea if It was for CAI or decat/probably not/.
On first cam AFR is between 12 -12,5 but after cam switch goes high 16 -17.
I've tried couple of times but after 2 seconds of so high reading I've given up.
I dont want to destroy the engine.I thought 75% methanol would help richen up the mixture but it didn't.

Problem fixed.MAF housing was too large diameter.It made MAF reading inacurate.

Where did you get a CX tune for a 3.2" pulley? I wasn't aware there was such a thing unless it was a custom tune?
