320 hp VX220
S Sport (a UK company) is creating a 320hp VX220 with a supercharged 3 liter engine....
reportedly GM V6 with Rotrax SP30-94 supercharger, Getrax gearbox.
Don't know if it would fit in the elise - they say the car also has slightly lengthened/widened chassis, as well as a new subframe...

Modifications are probably similar to those done to build the Eshti (the Audi Twin-turbo V6 Elise): aka. very significant modifications
Price-wise I would not be surprised if it ends up in the same general region: around 100K EUR (or about $120K now?)
