I'll take a pic of the tool kit innards tomorrow if no one else does.

I took some pictures tonight of the Lotus tool kit and its contents.

Yes, all the tools are made by Heyco Tools of West Germany. <---That kinda dates it, doesn't it?

It contains:

1 Philips PZD2 (I assume this is the PosiDrive type of Philips that the Brits use)
1 Flat blade screwdriver, 5 mm wide blade
1 3/8" drive "handle". The drive shank moves along the bar so that it can be used either as a breaker bar or a T handle

1 Pliers/wire cutters

3 Open End wrenches:
1 17x13 mm
1 13x10 mm
1 10x8 mm

1 19 mm socket (lug nut size)

1 21 mm spark plug socket

Fuses: 2A, 3A, 5A, 7.5A, 10A, 15A, 20A

When I first got my car I added a 3/8", 12" long breaker bar because the one in the kit was too wimpy to remove lug nuts. :panic:

In the past I have been guilty of keeping a momento of a car that I have been fond of. Maybe he did the same
Why not just keep all the credit card receipts for service and parts? Ahh, fond memories...rotfl

PS: I spent so much on my car in 2012 that JAE sent me a shirt!

++++++++++++

Seriously, prob the battery was replaced... and the kit and cover got "lost". Or, it fell under the gas tank!
