Regular tire patch will fix it. Either the plug type or the patch type. I've done the plug type myself.
That's what the hardware store is for. Or the auto parts store.

A combination patch-plug is the best way to repair it (unless it's on the sidewall) but the tire needs to come off the wheel to do that. I wouldn't do any "spirited" or track driving on a repaired tire. What I'd really like to see is the needle & thread repair rotfl. I hope you have a thimblecan regular needle & thread fix it?
