I was shopping with my wife recently, and ran accross some marine grade stretch vinyl in what appeared to be a same color as my cars exterior, it was nowhere to found when I did the car's upholstery the first time around, so I decided to add some color to it. I planned when I originally bought this yellow vinyl to do the lower dash (the entire part with the vents in it) but im not taking that out to redo it again, that was a pain the first time. I did the lower doors, console sides, steering column, tomorrow im gonna do the glove box door. It matches almost exactly in person, the flash makes the car look whiter/paler than it is. I hate sewing, wholly nerve racking, I had to learn to sew all over again from when I did the car the first time, but once I get moving im a regular Molly Pitcher.

you didn't like the idea of just doing some yellow piping to accent the black leather? I prefer a more subtle look when it comes to bold interior colors, but everyone has their own preferences.
