If you have owned multiple models, you can check more than one box.

Edit: For the sake of comparison, this is data I compiled from open-ended information people provided about themselves in a few different threads dating from about 1-3 years ago.

Among Elise/Exige owners

93% Male
7% Female

Age
16% Male 20-29
37% Male 30-39
26% Male 40-49
11% Male 50-59
3% Male 60+
2% Females 20-29
2% Female 30-39
3% Female 40-49

Interesting poll...I personally bet that the 20s people will be just slightly behind the 30-40s. If you were at the Challenge Series, I would say that most people were in their 20s.

If Lotus hasn't already, they had better alert their sales personnel not to judge the likelihood of a potential buyer based on their age.

It's not a mid life crisis; it just takes that long for some people to have enough money to have a toy !! rotfl

I would be willing to bet if it was further broken down into "bought new" or "bought used," there would be a much larger divide.

The initial depreciation hit has made these cars affordable to a much broader base.

I'm not sure if it was my age at the time (sub-30) or my gender, but I was ignored at the local dealer, likely due to just such a "visual prequalification". HRM got my business as a direct result.

The salesman was surprised to hear im only 23.

He said he had me pegged at upper 20's to lower 30's

Now that would be a different poll...
