Back story:
After owning a 300ZX twin turbo for about 16 years, I made the hardest decision of my life and decided to part it out. Seven years ago, I decided to start a massive build. I became too much of a perfectionist, that seven years later it was still on jackstands. Parted it out with all parts brand new and zero miles. Made good money and drove 4 hours north to PA and purchased a canyon red 2006 Lotus Elise with a BWR supercharger on 12/3/2020.

I'll get it painted once my side vents come in.

Next, I've always been a sucker for BBS LM wheels.

Congrats on your Elise purchase. If you like modifying your sports car you have a good start. Here is my latest mod post for a few ideas.

Thanks for sharing your enthusiasm. It was right about now 14 years ago that we brought our Elise, and first Lotus, to our garages.

Looks like you have a nice example to run with.

We are doing a “massive build” on a 350Z right now.

That is a beautiful dark red Elise. I'd be tempted to leave it unmodified, it's incredibly tasteful just as it is!

Just plan on doing a Larini exhaust, matching hardtop and side vents.
I got 17" wheels upfront just incase I decide to do a BBK down the road.
Got a few interior mods planned, then just enjoy the car. I learned not to do any major overhauls again.

Welcome! Great to have another Lotus in MD. Looking forward to the return of Lotus driving weather. I also have a JK to get me through, but mine is a 2dr...

They are worth a lot more untouched, but few have been able to do that. Why the value of the unmolested. I started with an exhaust and wound up with a trailer and tow vehicle and 102 track days.

Tonight I installed the K&N Apollo intake.
Some confusion from what I've read, but you do not need the VSV at all. Disconnect it. Pull the red vacuum line under the throttle body and cap it.
