help!

After my front clam was replaced, all of the lights on the car stay on including interior lights. Removing fuses or turning off switches have no effect.

my dealer is having a hard time figuring out the source of the problem.

anyone have any ideas?

As Charliex says, but more info is needed.
1) Which light's specifically.
2) Does the interior light stay on when the switch is in any position with the door closed.
3) Is the key in the ignition and in what position.
As a suggestion, try pulling each fuse, one at a time. If the lights go out, you have the circuit that is shorting across.
Good luck,
Michael

Probably a trapped wire completing the circuit somewhere

thanks for the help

They tracked down the problem today after about 2 weeks. They were not clear but said the wiring harness was damaged during the accident and they easily fixed it. not sure what that means.

interior and exterior Lights were on without the key in the ignition, and pulling fuses had no effect.
