Heartland Park.

Most people are surprised (I was at least) at the difference in Eastern Kansas, which has hills and features. If you are looking for curves in Topeka, the place to go is Baby Dolls.

If you're looking for 'real' curves in/around Topeka:
--Old 40 to Lawrence
--Old 5 to Leavenworth
--McDowell Creek road to Manhattan
and a few more, alas the best one is poor surface, but it would have made a great rally road had it survived in the US.
