I've seen cars that sit real low that have a way to push a button and have the front end lift up a bit so you can actually make it over speed bumps.

Any options for a way to do this with our beloved Lotus Elise's ??

I believe most times this is achieved through a hydraulic lift piston in the suspension tower. That being said, the power steering and hydraulic lift piston are usually tied together. Since we don't have power steering you would be looking at new front suspension, a hydraulic pump, and a controller at the minimum.

I am not sure if there is anything out there specifically for the Lotus.
