I was wondering how common it would be for a Lotus to have a CA compliant emission label, if it were not originally destined for California.

There aren’t many for sale here, so it would be nice to have options out of state. I would be looking to finance at a stealership.

It doesn't apply. CARB is for aftermarket parts.

Thanks for your input. Did you buy out of state?
No, but I've been through smog testing five times in CA and the inspectors have never been able to find any sticker, and it's never been an issue.

Got the same sticker as above. Evora 2013 S first registered in Oregon. I bought it from Colorado and registered/Smogged in CA last year no issues.

My Exige doesn't have any stickers, because of a WireWheel rebuild/paint job. Never had any issues getting it smogged here in CA. I'm guessing the VIN check validates it's 50-state compliant.

Cheers.
