I have to remove the adhesive Auto Europe put on. The door pull just came off again a couple weeks ago and there was little adhesive on the door pull, so ironically I have a lot of adheisve to remove and hardly any on the door pull itself. I thought I might get the leather door pulls this time if I can see them first in a picture. I really do not want to replace them again in the future with the plastic door pull.

Thanks

Even with leather it still has the plastic base. The plastic needs sandpaper roughing up to give adhesive some bite.

Thanks, I saw that picture but did not see the leather door pull. Isn't the one in the foreground the alcantara? Looks like the one in the background is the normal plastic ones.

Thanks for the tip on the sandpaper. Looks like when it was installed it was not roughed up at all. Maybe that's why it did not stay attached.
