I have used the since they are local. Had them install tires for me and they damaged the wheels. Then repaired them to an unsatisfactory level. They will be doing it again. The main tech there is a car guy. He and his son autocross a heavily modified Austin Mini. I think he is good. The service writers are cool too. Call and ask for Scott. If you have warranty issues they are your closest option. Let me know when you are down here and we can grab some lunch while they repair your car.

Damn... That doesnt sound too good considering it will be more work repairing a wire or HU. Hope they don't F something up. I have an appointment with them for Saturday at noon.

I had them do my pre-purchase inspection on my Elise a year ago which consisted of an ECU dump, new steering rack, and oil change
and was very happy with the service.

Hmmm, they damaged your wheels as well? Thankfully they just scratched one of mine a couple of months back. :thwack:

I concur with the other comments here. I can't speak for the tech's knowledge, but they don't seem to know a lot about the car when it comes to warranty repair and such.

On the plus side, they have picked my car up at my home on several occasions and get it back to me pretty quickly. Prices for non-warranty related maintenance are on the high side, as expected.

I've never used the guys in Tampa, but if you don't mind driving a little further, World Imports(Lotus of Jacksonville) have been great for me. Ask for Pat, he's the one I've spoke too. Their hourly prices are cheaper than Tampa, at least for their oil changes and tune-up's that is.
