Anyone know of a SY Elise in Kyoto, Japan?

So I'm on vacation, touring around Kyoto and my buddy points to something behind me....
I turn around and what do I see? an Elise with some sort of aftermarket exhaust and lip...
I was able to snap off a pic...see below....

Is this anyone on the board? Anyone know this guy/gal?
