Is it loud or quiet? Does it have any rattles in it? Where are you located?

It looks a lot like a Larini Sports can but with different tips (dual pipes vs. the single pipe on the current Larini).
Maybe it is an older version of the Sports or someone did a custom job and converted it to dual pipes.

Its pretty loud, definitely a good sound. No rattles. I just couldnt turn down the stage 2 that I bought. Located in northern NJ

It looks really beat up. The packing is probably gone.
I would guess Larini because they have the two ridges that
wrap around the muffler. It looks loud because the can is very small.
