It is part of the wiring that came with the 07 cup255 engine. My car is and 06 exige NA.

The engines are all the same, regardless of the designation of the Exige model. As far as I know the wiring on all 07+ Exige models is also the same, but I can't say for certain.

Check to see if it plugs into an intake air temp sensor; you would not have that on an NA car...........

His has only two wires (versus 4) and is the wrong color (clear versus black).

Better pics of your engine bay might allow us to determine what is connected already and what is not.

I looked in my engine bay but I have the RLS 3-chamber IC shroud and the hoses in that area so I can't see much and don't have time to investigate further tonight. Sorry.

Since you have a CEL, why don't you pull the code?

Might want to see if a friend has a code reader. Doesn't need to a fancy one as long as it's OBD II.

Finally found the plug. It was attached to the block right beside the supercharger and above the starter. I will have to remove the oil pan in order to get to it, but after that it is time to put everything back together. Any ideas for the next mod?
