I just finished installing a lotus cup engine/supercharger and I can't figure out where this goes. My NA engine didn't have this plug, at least I do not see it. Any ideas? Auto part Fuel line Automotive engine part Engine Vehicle
. I am looking everywhere and I don't know where to connect it to. I started the car and everything is running smooth but the check engine is on. Any help will be appreciated.

Lol, it is not for crack, but I see how you are thinking. I only have it in one hand, but it is to check for burrs or surface finish on metals which is part of my job. I am just too lazy sometimes to get the profilometer to check parts with. Here is a better picture. Auto part Fuel line Vehicle Engine Car

If you stand behind the car this wire is in the right side, close to the firewall and beside the alternator. It is no long enough to go to too many places, the other plugs are different and this one only has 2 wires.

I have the car at my friends shop, so I will not be able to get to it until Monday again. The engine runs very smooth though. I also have another additional plug I don't know what to do with because it attaches to the canister close valve and the 07 charcoal canister doesn't come with one. Item number 6.

That was the next thing, I mean checking the check engine light code but believe it or not the Snap-on Solus Ultra Scanner doesn't have lotus as an option. When I asked the snap-on guy ( who just happened to stop by) why Lotus doesn't appear as an option in the scanner even though we had the European car option, he said that snap-on doesn't have lotus, ferrari or lambo because there are not that many or common and they usually just go to the dealership. My Actron CP9580 doesn't have lotus as an option either but at least it has a global OBD2 option that I will try on Monday when I bring it to my buddy's shop.

I'll check that tomorrow. Today I used my scan tool and I found 8 codes, so I decided to erase them and start fresh. I started the engine and no light :) I let it warm up for a little bit and took it around the block and still no engine light. I installed a TRD box and accidentally didn't fully connect the hose and the car didn't want to start. After reconnecting the engine light was on, so I will reset that tomorrow. I will also be using the stock charcoal canister instead of the 255cup, since I was able to get a relocator bracket from sector 111. I am really hoping I can find where that plug goes to. Anyone out there with a supercharge exige that can give it a quick look?

Finally found the plug. It was attached to the block right beside the supercharger and above the starter. I will have to remove the oil pan in order to get to it, but after that it is time to put everything back together. Any ideas for the next mod?
