+1 Yes. I used my base center caps when I replaced them with black Exige wheels.

how do you get them off? I messed with them a little, but didnt want to brake them...

The 05 caps are different from the 06 caps though... ( the 06 caps are thin )

I don't think that is always the case. There are two different sets of center caps. One is thin and fits nearly flush with the wheel and the other sticks out an inch or so from the wheel. The Lotus literature states a change from sticking out to thin, however, as Lotus often does, whatever is laying around may get used, so many '06 and '07 cars do not have the thin center caps (mine included). When I replaced my base wheels with the TRM's I had to get the "thick" center cap that comes on the LSS wheels because the TRM's were "thinner" at the hub. And they just pop out fro behind.
