I’m trying to screw back the piston of my Bendix Rear Caliper, it turns but it doesn’t retract in its housing. Does someone have a exploded diagram of the 431174 caliper that you can share and send me..?

Good Luck
I have Brembo on the S4s like @Seraph but the process seems similar. It was a pain until I figured out just the right sequence and pressure (Don't use too much!!)
This is a wiki on the Brembo. How to Rebuild a Brembo Caliper - TechWiki
lots of little bits you have to get to have correct.
Also, @Erik L had some Bendix and may still that you might be able to convince him to let you have.

Your 86 Turbo Esprit Rear caliper I believe is not the same as the Stevens diagrams above. Yours are the inboard brakes so pretty sure these Stevens parts are different in the rear.
My understanding is the rear caliper on Giugiaro (and 88 Stevens Bosch CIS USA cars) require a 45 degree turn to release the parking brake (allowing retraction).

At that point, you can push the piston back with a standard tool, turn back to 0 degrees, and put in your new pads,
