Here is one of my cousin who is 6'3". Anyone have any better videos or stories of someone struggling to figure out how to get into your Lotus?

Getting in is the easy part. Getting out is the hard part.

Yap, I usually get in and out by this method! Pretty easy for me and I also recommend my friend to get in & out like that. I noticed that your car has Gull wing top attached! How about make another video for how this "gull wing top" makes the difference when get in & out? even though the gull wing top is no longer available on the market except used one.

I keep it locked. I have mastered getting in and out fairly flawlessly so I don't mess with it. As many have noted, it's fit/finish leaves more to be desired so I rarely if ever take the wings off. I'm 6'1" myself and used the car as a DD for a little over a year before I bought my Silverado . . .

I watched this one - for months before I bought my car. - but i never managed it.
That is the hard way to get out. Makes you look like a fruitcake! It's all awkward. I can't even make that look good and that is saying something ROTFL

yup - the butt coming out is .....risque IF you get hung up at all....which i did. At that point - you are drawing an audience - and they are not looking at the car. The good news is that everyone finds a method.

I think 'old man getting out of a Lotus' is me in a few years trying to get in and out of my '87 Esprit. Lost count of how many times I've whacked my logic module in the roof getting in...

This has to be the best thread yet

That's the method most commonly used to get into a Lambo Murci. Difference is the sill gets in the way in the Elige.

At 6'2" it just requires some practice and dexterity. Getting into the passenger seat without a steering wheel makes it a lot easier though.
