I'm in the process of purchasing a 2011 Evora that has been wrecked. This is not my first salvage car or hopefully my last, I enjoy rebuilding them and saving them from being parted out. My last car was a dodge viper. The car I'm going to buy needs a front bumper, headlights, etc... I stumbled upon mylotusgarage.com and it appears you can order order any oem part from there site, but I wish they had a phone number to call so I can get some answers to questions, like availability, are there prices accurate, and shipping questions.
Is there anyone else you can recommend or are they the best source. I live in the US.

Not familiar with mylotusgarage.com but www.lotusgarage.com is well regarded, has a phone number you can call, and is run by a long standing member of this forum

I say we try something that's never been done before, how about hold a car Gathering/swap meet once a month in a different area of the country and each person advertises the items they're going to be taking to the meet, just a thought...

Mylotusgarage.com list parts for evora, lotusgarage.com doesn't. Where are they located? I looked and didn't see, mylotusgarage is out of NC.

Another option is to use the UK suppliers:

For Evoras, it will be a problem. With Eliges, you can find almost anything on here from another forumite. Evoras? Not so much.

I can tell you the 2011 Evora bumpers are no longer made, you have to go with a MY12 bumper, which requires more parts to have it fit correctly. Let me know if you have any questions or concerns on it. I will be more than willing to help - Dino

I put in an order thru Lotus Garage two months ago and I still haven't or received anything. I'm assuming that the parts on back order. I sent them an email asking for an update but still haven't gotten anything back for that either.

So my advice, call them before you place an order.

P.s. Anyone know where I can get a set of new rear hard top mounts? The plastic part that bolts to the rear and catches the latch on the hardtop? One of mine is cracked and my hard top creaks a bit cause of it..

I had something similar with mylotusgarage.com. An order went undelivered for a couple weeks (the charge also never went past the "pending" stage on my bank account), so I asked what was up. Quickly they got back to me saying that some parts were backordered and they let me know when they got in. My only complaint was that I feel I shouldn't have to ask them, but I am happy with how they dealt with it after that. Maybe you can give them a shot. They tend to be relatively cheap, too.

Well fair is fair.. I got my parts today from Lotus Garage. I guess with these cars you just gotta be patient or call to see if they are in stock. But I'm happy I got my parts!

I have gone through mylotusgarage.com a few times and have gotten excellent customer service. I had placed an order and they informed me the part number was discontinued and provided me with the information for the substitute parts for me to order. Good communication from them in my experience and parts prices are very competitive.
