Did some searching but haven't had much luck. Ride height lotus spec is 8 front, 7 rear, which I will set it to.

A few questions:

How much lower will the car be if I lower it to the max?
I don't have a spanner wrench, where can I get one, anyone here have one?
Do I need to align the car after lowering it?

Thx

You need to align after lowering or raising, yes
I probably have a few spanners for adjustable perches somewhere in my shop- i'll look this weekend and if I have any I'll send em to you. Else, you can take a flat blade screw driver and tap the bottom most perch loose, spin it down and turn the other one by hand as long as the suspension is deloaded.
not sure if you really want to drop her down to the max knowing the roads up there. One thing to consider is the lower you go the less travel your shocks will actually have. That will greatly alter your ride quality, if you care.
If you're just talking the lotus spec lowest setting then that's different. :)

Lowest setting and you'll experience bump steer and other suspension unpleasantries. That and you'll have no front end almost instantly!
