Pass side blinker light keeps getting sweaty on the inside. Is there is a way to fix this? I'm guessing rain is getting into it somehow?

check to see if you had any cracks or holds? Also look where the bulb goes in to see if any of the tabs are broken. i had this problem with one of my mercedes a while back.

How does the light come out? I have seen photos with them fallen out, but this one is stuck in there really tight!

You can hit a sudden bump, that's one way. :) Otherwise, there are holes on the right and left sides of the center grill in the front of the car that lead up to the turn signals. Use a long, slotted screwdriver to push on the turn signal housing tabs. There's one tab per turn signal housing and it's on the end closest to the front of the car. Might take a while before you can feel what's going on and get it.
