So I had Evora up on lift and found front bumper cover plastic slots that the bolt heads are to small and the plastic slots are showing
fatigue and heard some noise and noticed the plastic and aluminum pan had some movement and causing some rattling.
So I put on very large fender washers and this spread out the load on plastic slots and closed the gaps between plastic and aluminum.

Also made plates for the area where 2 bolts are located closest to tire and this was showing small cracks in plastic from the small surface
of bolt heads holding plastic...
So my car being a 2011 thought I would share findings from the rattles to the plastic fatigue cracks ...

Another fix for this would be the splitter protector for the front bolts but not the rear bolting..

Good catch! I've had to do this sort of thing on old rubber bumper cars (like my '92 Celica). It's just a side effect of having an elastomer bumper cover and steel bolts.
