Aside from changing wiper blades, the brake pads may be one of the easiest jobs to do on a car. But I made a video anyway :).

I haven't done the pads on the Elise up until now and was surprised to find the anti-squeal on the front pads is a tacky material that makes it impossible to slide the pads out. I had to remove the calipers and peel the pads from the pistons.

I was also surprised that the stock pads don't have any wear indicators. That's the little metal tab that squeals when the pads get thin. I've found them useful on brakes before. Luckily, the Porterfield replacements have them.
