Can you still order a new 14' Evora

Hey Guys,

I tried to research this and my POC at my local Dealership is out till next week, so I figured to reach out to LT for a quick answer.

If I wanted to order a new Evora in the specific trim, exterior color, interior color and wheels that I want, can I? Or with all the discussion on airbag exemptions, limited production, etc. no longer the case; and am I stuck with what is "new" on the local autotrader, car.com ads?

Thanks in advance.

Thanks Brian it does! Glad to see there will be 2015 production (I'm assuming to be MY15) and will be in touch with my dealer on the details.

Any significant changes planned for MY15?
Have no info at this time, but dealer principals and sales managers are headed to Hethel the second week of September for a meeting to meet the new execs and hopefully they will shed light on what's to come! I'm very excited and hope to be even more excited after the meeting! Might have more insight and a better response to your question after the meetings.

I live in Australia & I was wanting to order a brand new 2014 NA but by the time I was ready, September 2014, I was informed on this forum that Lotus have stopped taking orders for NA, & that only the S will be available but at a price increase of around 20%. Is this what you have found, too?
Assuming Australia is like the rest of the world, Lotus is offering an almost entirely new car, the Evora 400, for 2016. Your local dealer could tell you if the S is still available in Australia.

Wow nothing like resurrecting a year old thread on the subject with a question that should be asked at your dealership, not an owners forum.
Yes, I assume the 400 is coming to Australia, KCZ, and I would LOVE to buy one, but at almost twice the price of a new 2014 NA I don't think that's ever going to happen except in my dreams! ?
We have plenty of 2014 inventory for him to chose from still. hehe

Was told the same... my car was in stock when I bought in October 2014. If you look on carsales, prices have gone up roughly 15-20%

If you live in Sydney, SSC seem to have 2 new red/black Evora SRs ready to go :) Or at least they posted them on facebook recently. Not sure on pricing though, have a feeling they might be at the new pricing....
I was lucky. I bought one of 3 MY 2014 NA Evoras that had been ordered and were on their way to Australia when all 3 buyers cancelled (so I'm told). Just got in at the old price by the skin of my teeth! It was my one & only chance to EVER own a car of this caliber.
I've seen some MY 13's with 0 miles pop up once in awhile on the different auto sites as well, so I wouldn't be surprised if there is some unsold inventory out there. I just don't know what it means for the warranty. Does it start from date of purchase or date of manufacture?
Hmmmm, possibly a hint that those of us with pre owned Gen I Evoras now have cars that are worth a little more (or will be once the Gen II starts hitting the streets here in the U.S.?
Just saw a few on Hemmings.
