So I'm replacing the rear pads. I'm up to the point where I remove the 17mm bolt, which I did, but the caliper still won't rotate back. I can spin the rotor without too much pressure so I don't think the pads are gripping that much. Any suggestions?

Nevermind, I got it. Just hit it real hard with a hammer/wrench.

Remove the pin holding the pad, and rotate the caliper with the pad fixed with the disc.
