I am curious how often everyone checks and how much oil oil you get out of your catch can?

After any hard driving (AutoX, Track session)

otherwise with each oil change.

It's quick and easy to do. If you don't empty it, no point in having them.

I agree it's simple to do I am curious how much oil you drained from it and how long it took for that amount to accumulate. I drained mine and got about half a cup.

I checked mine when I installed the supercharger. I'd had it on for about 6 months prior and was suprised at the oil in it being that it was NA at the time. It wasnt a whole lot but would probably have been about 1/8th of a cup. It was only in one chamber though. The other side of my cans was dry. (saiku michi cans)

Which can system do you use and what do you think of the system?

If you're driving on the street only just check them when you change the oil. If you do more than that, check them more than that.

Maybe a tablespoon every 5 track days.
