So my battery died while I was on vacation. I manage to jump start the car with another car and got it working. Now I have this CEL on. I did read on the forum about it and looks like several people have encountered this.

My question is, can I drive my lotus around and not worry about this light? I will eventually go to a dealer and get ecu reflash in late spring while I get my brake fluids flushed.

Check the fuses in the engine bay.

Same thing happened to me. Turned out the ecu lost the VIN#!

Read the OBD code, post it here and someone will tell you what it means.
