Hi everyone this is Gabe, Richie's older brother. Richie is tied up with college and work at home so I have taken over the development and manufacturing of the carbon fiber parts. I have been diligently working to get them out to you A.S.A.P. The Gas Caps are a laborious time consuming product. By taking my brother's ideas and working through a series of tests, trials and error, I have been working hard to develop a product which you can be proud to own.

Because of the time and amount of labor invested in each part , the price of the caps had to be adjusted to $245.00 each plus $10.00 shipping. Without increasing the price, there would be no incentive to manufacture the caps.

I'm the first to have their CF fuel door cover, still love it and functions perfectly. Incidentally, I stopped by Rich's shop yesterday during lunchtime and met Gabe also, nice young man. Richie is too busy with school. I saw a few beautifully finished CF fuel door covers waiting to be delivered to long awaited future owners. Rich and Gabe said they are a pain in the @ss to make because the longer time it takes being such small parts with many details and they have to open/close function perfectly. They do look perfect to me.

Yeah, I am pretty tired of trying to do any enthusiast business with these guys. Anyone that starts an order thread at one price and then lets everyone on the list flounder for months without even a reply is bad enough. I tried to order the fuel door and the footrest. and then ..... nothing.
I was contacted for consultation a couple of times and that was cool. I got communication when they were interested.
And I was O.K. with the school story as a reason to not have the time for even a courtesy group response. But then to re-post a price that is so much more expensive was pretty bad. When the price was $245 and then $10 for postage to bring it subtly past the $250 mark, I decided to boycott. When all I see is posts from people still frothing at the mouth to buy, I wonder what are you thinking? Are you really willing to do business like this?

The thread was to announce the price increase. We have been shipping out parts. If your on the list, we have either shipped you the parts or we are going to contact you as soon as we have your part finished. Understand that we have our own companies that don't involve carbon fiber. This is something we do in our free time. If you want some parts, PM us and will add you to the list.
