i have a dvd that was taken on a ride while on vacation and im trying to upload it but i cant..when i view the dvd as folders i get two main folders named
"video_rm" and "video_rs"
under "video_rm" there are 5 files
3 of them are IFO files, 1 BUP file, and 1 DAT file..

under the "video_rs" folder there are 10 files
2 BUP files, 2 IFO files, and 6 VOB files..

the dvd works in any dvd player but where do i find the actual video content and change the file extension so i can upload it??

i read somewhere online that the video was the largest file but 5 of the VOB files are 25.7mb which is the largest.

i have a preview pic next to the files and thoes five have a pic of part of the movie. but all of them a diffrent.

VOB files are really just MPEG2 files. You can try copying the files over, and renaming one to MPG to see how that works. Or open it using VLC (free from videolan.org) and try transcoding it from that.

Otherwise there are a number of VOB translators.
