When I did the clutch on my car I loosely followed the steps in the Toyota service manual for the Celica GTS. It's fairly straight forward, but it is a lot of work. It would be easier with the rear clam removed(I left mine on and got at the bellhousing from under the car with the transmission still in the car) and the car a couple of feet off the ground. You will definitely want an engine hoist.
