the " Something wicked this way comes." I don't get it. Also isn't that improper grammar.

Thanks,
Greg

Ive always been fond of the line myself. Like the way it sounds.

What dont you get? Its quite literal, something wicked is coming this way....watch out.

I for one remember reading a poem in Middle School and really liked it, never forgot that line, but forgot who wrote it! :( ANYONE???

Shakespeare originated it in a line from Macbeth. The line has been used through the ages.

"something wicked this way comes".

And also an ad agency used it in their introduction of Lexus,

Distant thunder, cold as stone,
a V8 screams down from its throne.
One by one, each car succumbs.
Something wicked this way comes

Ill winds mark its fearsome flight,
and autumn branches creak with fright.
The landscape turns to ashen crumbs,
when something wicked this way comes.

Crystal water turns to dark,
where e'er its presence leaves its mark,
and boiling currents pound like drums,
when something wicked this way comes.

A presence dark invades the fair,
and gives the horses ample scare,
for chaos reigns and panic numbs,
when something wicked this way comes.

Used also by Ray Bradbury in a book and movie.

I just liked it. When I saw the picture of the Elise in the old forest, the phrase sprang to mind.

Randy,

Another request for the no-decal-on-back T-shirt option please.

Where have I been?? Somehow, I missed this. Very nice.

I was going to resist asking if Randy had ordered a thong. I also should resist suggesting that Jenn, Modern Wedgie or any other Elise owner of the distaff persuasion should get one and post lots of pictures showing how well it goes with the car. Totally inappropriate, no doubt, so I won't even think of suggesting such a thing.

Loveline talking to Lisa Dergan, the 2003 St. Pauli Girl spokeswoman, when she was a guest on the show:

ADAM: They got like a cardboard cutout of you to put in liquor stores?
LISA: Yeah, six-foot, you want one for the radio room?
ADAM: Yeah. But not for the radio room.
DREW: He will desecrate your image, I promise.
ADAM: No, I won't.
LISA: You wouldn't do that.
ADAM: No. There's NO WAY I would put a hole in it, and take a coffee can and fill it with lard, and duct-tape it to the back of the hole. I would never ever do that. I'm saying that's something I WOULDN'T do.
LISA: I can't believe you just said that. The visual is not too fun.
ADAM: I apologize. But yeah, I would like one of those.
