When the car was made public in Jan. 2003 they said 60k pounds sterling. Now they are saying it's closer to 70k, which is more accurate depending on the way you spec the car. That's a big jump though. Something like $109k to $127k. Back in Jan. 2003, $100k USD was the goal. Sort of mirrors the Lotus situation in that regard. It will be a great car, but the performance may not be as good compared to a similary priced Porsche. Don't suppose that is what this car is for though. Interior and sounds to die for.
One of my good friends is #1 on the list at the OC dealer. They even used his Porsche at a focus group. He has just got his GT3 so I am not sure what his plans are. It does look like a nice car but I think it may need more power
