Are the gauges still for sale? Does it fit only the US spec cars?

VY, these are standard Defi Link Controller and Defi BF series 60mm gauges that come with the necessary sensors. Just need to get the right sandwich plate (e.g. Greddy, etc.) for fitting the oil temp/pressure sensors and you're good to go.

Running the damn wiring from the engine all the way into the cabin was a bit of a work though.... fyi, I have a STACK boost and oil temp gauge installed on my ride.

Yes, they are still for sale. Gauges such as those made by Defi are not car model specific. They will fit any car with a mounting solution for standard size gauges (60mm, 2 3/8").
