I thought we was going to anounce the idea was to deliver 18 months late.

"On time" doesn't mean much in this case, as Lotus hasn't announced when the cars will arrive here.

They 'originally' gave us 4/04......and then
we started hearing 'May/June', hopefully to make them look like heroes if the 4/04
date is kept. If they asked for 'first car' orders by 1/9, a 12 week completion period is possible. BMW's (Mini-Cooper)
plant in England is meeting that for custom ordered cars. Why not Lotus?
