Kind of an old thread here, but it’s still viable and useful. I just installed the folding power mirror switch in my 2013 Evora, which required removing the door panel. Not terribly difficult, and it didn’t require removing any connectors in the door (windows, door latch, lights). Once I had the door panel removed (but still tethered to the door frame by the wires), I undid the screw holding the white wire clip that holds the mirror switch wires to the inside of the door (which was probably installed as part of the 2012 update) which then gave me plenty of slack to pull the mirror switch through the hole, remove the connector, and install the new one. Everything went back together seamlessly, and now I have power folding mirrors. Oh, and I paid $14.xx on eBay for the switch.
