Here is a copy of my printout of the ECU. This is what Lotus uses to judge your ability to follow their engine break-in rules. Supposedly this can affect your warranty. I cut the "engine history report" into three sections to get everything on one page. The "performance data " was another list. Not sure why the MAP, COOLANT TEMP , and the OIL TEMP turn up with all zeros. It is hard to believe that they can tell how many standing starts you have done. I also found out that the cam shift doesn't start working at the 6200 RPM point unless you have the throttle to the floor. I mentioned that I didn't think this was working and was told you need to have full throttle to make it function. I didn't think to ask how the system knew I was at full throttle. Most of my "max engine speeds" were in third gear trying to see the cams shift.
