Just had my 1st service performed in Durham, NC. Was Charged for the Computer Dump and I asked for a copy.
You need to go back to the dealer and demand your money back.

You need to pay for the first service (oil change, adjustments, etc.), but the data dump is required by Lotus and on their dime.

You can actually do the service your self, and have the free data dump performed by the dealer to continue the warranty.

I get my dealer to always does an ECU dump whenever I take it in. My one from last week was the first to list a non-zero value for standing starts and a legitimate quickest 0-100kmh time. I'll ask what has changed next time I see him.

Wow Lotus 5! 7000 RPM for 26 seconds and 7500 RPM for 4 seconds!! I did one early on for 2 seconds when I missed a shift on the San Diego freeway (new and all). But who were you racing?
