Has anyone or anyone's dealer heard what the Elise's residuals will be?

If not, do you think it will be based on:

a) Esprit residuals;
b) Projected demand for the Elise over a 3-4 year period (number of deposits to number of cars built;
c) Similar $40K sports cars like the Boxster, Z4, Crossfire, and SLK residuals?
d) all of the above;
e) other?

I started the post " Balloon or Buy " just yesterday and apparently nobody has a clue on residuals or lease options for the Elise just yet. I'm checking with my creit unions and banks for info, but so far no luck. My dealership won't even touch the idea of a lease or balloon.

I'm gonna go crazy on this and guess 65% !!!
i can't imagine it will be that high. That would make a mid to high $500s pre-tax monthly payment on a 39 month lease with nothing down and a reasonable money factor. If it's that high it would def be a good lease candidate.

I can't imagine paying $26000 in 2007 for a 39 month old Elise with 36,000 miles.
