So I went down to my car to find the latch plate that holds the soft top on the windshield frame completely undone. Someone tried to break in by pulling upwards on the driver side soft top.

The latch plate I am talking about is part number B116B0001F

Any ideas on how to glue this part back on? It is listed as on the lotus parts website as "bonded to windscreen frame":

12
LATCH PLATE-FRONT LH
Latch Plate, front, LH
Bonded to windscreen frame

There's quite a bit of force that this part needs to hold against when attaching the soft top, and I tried two part epoxy glue and it still came off. Now I'm trying to figure out how to remove the epoxy and attach it back on again..

I'm going to answer my own question but maybe it will help someone at some point:
The latch plates on the windscreen header rail are secured using a two part
adhesive. If necessary, use Betaclean 3900 (A100B6008V), Betaprime 5404 (A082B6337V), and a 50/50 mix
of two part adhesive Betamate 7064S (A116B0159V) and Betamate 7014 (A116B0158V) to refix.

Anyone have any ideas on where to purchase the above mentioned products? Betaclean 3900, Betaprime 5404 and Betamate 7064S, and Betamate 7014
