Does anyone know where these are (if they exist)? Have searched using Google and nothing has come up...

On my old Boxster, if these lines were not kept clear of debris, rain water would flood into the passenger compartment and short out the ECU (which was located under one of the seats!).

I will be storing my Elise outside in the Spring (until my garage is ready), and don't want to worry when it rains. I will park it on a flat surface.

I do not know of any drain tubes, but if the risk of rainwater incursion concerns you, seal the edges of your roof with something simple like saran wrap.

Drains seem to be confided to the engine bay "lip". You'll see 4 drain holes around that lip. Keep them clear of leaves and debris, which you'll get a lot of if it's stored outside.
(Love it when I answer my own question!)
