what kind of oil does the Elise come with. Synthetic ? or std stuff. also Are the oem brake pads good enough for the track? and what pads are guys switching to for the track?

Pretty much the best are Pagid RS4-2 for mixed road/track and Pagid RS14 for more track based use.

Don't use Pagid RS15's as they have too much friction, so are hard to control and lock too easily.

Option I'll be trying this year are the new Mintex F4R pads.

Mintex 1144 and such are known to overheat the brake fluid as they conduct too much heat to the caliphers under heavy braking.

I use Mintex 1155 for track and street use, I love them and have never noticed much in the way of fade on the track. They do take some extra pressure on the street when they are cold. Mintex 1144 might be a better street/track comprimise. No problems with overheating fluid, but that is in my Seven and it only weighs 1250 pounds.

it comes with semi synth ..even in the Toyota car

As Arno says - Pagid RS42 for mixed road/track and RS14 for track only (squeal a lot)
