That is an amazing little lump. I am surprised its not too laggy? I guess the Ball bearing and twin scroll combined with short tracts reduced it enough to be acceptable. Will be interesting to hear a driving impression.

It still comes down to transaxle first, then compatible engine. I would think a 2JZ would need a diff where the flywheel wants to be in an Esprit.

Still, we can dream :rolleyes:

Cool - the V6 is nice very short and compact. What a load of work to get the transmission in there...I wonder if he will sell a bolt in kit for like $1200 :) You supply the motor and trans!

Here's a light weight 4.0 liter four already at a 45 degree tilt, and all the power you could want! If you're paying this much, a transaxle is the lesser problem:
