I have a December 2016 build Evora 400, according to the Workshop manual front discs are 32mm thick & rears are 26mm thick. However I did a brake fluid flush yesterday & checked disc/pad thicknesses & both front & rear discs measure just under 32mm! Did the factory run out of rear discs?

Looking at the parts book, front discs are A132J4103/4F @$1355.72 ea & rears are A132J4113/4F at $1319.20 ea. I'm very pleased to note all discs were barely worn at all measuring 31.8-31.9mm thick. Pads were also no more than 20% worn after 5500 miles.

I know you're all going to say I'm not driving hard enough!:facepalm

According to Lotus Service Notes Front discs are 370 x 32 and rear 350 x 32; if my memory serves correctly, the 26mm was for the Series 1 Evora's

Strange, the Evora 400 shop manual (attached to my original post) must be wrong... it says 26mm thick in 2 places on that page...:facepalm

Not surprising, I download updates of the manuals and parts lists about every 6 mos, they are always adding, editing and correcting things.

When you are ready for new discs, have a look at our ULTRAdisc 2-piece rotors that we have made for the 400. We have many Evora (since 2011)and 100s of Elise/Exige owners successfully running them (in correct sizes) since 2005. You will save alot $ without giving up any performance. Ours are lasting a very long time as well. See them: HERE

Do you have rear rotors available for the Evora 400?
We have one set that we can sell to you for $1250/pair. Call us directly. (951)296-6762

We will make more but the demand has not justified us building stock.

You wrote above that "S1 Evora. Rears are 26mm new and runout is 24mm "

You probably meant that service minimum is 24mm. Because service maximum for runout is only 0.10mm.
You are, indeed correct. My bad with the terminolgy and when I read this I went DOH!
